Initially in 1994, we focused on retained acquisition work for Fitness First, who we have worked with from their third club to currently 170 clubs in the UK and Ireland.
Over the years, we have widened our services to include professional services, asset management and disposals to the Leisure Sector. We are currently retained by 2 of the largest Health & Fitness operators, Fitness First (170 clubs) and LA Fitness (80 clubs.)
As of August 2009, we have successfully completed 160 rent reviews for Health & Fitness Operators.
